Summer Break Drama & Beauty Camp (June 1 - July 24th)

Drama and Beauty Camp is a Christian based camp for ages 5-16, Camp hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. The late fee is $1 per minute after 5:10pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided for the summer program. Campers are required to bring 2 nut-free snacks and a water bottle per day.

Camp is closed June 19th in observation of Juneteenth.

Registration for Drama & Beauty Camp includes a camp t-shirt, mannequin, and all the tools and products needed for the summer session. Late registration is $125 after June 1st. 

This year the weekly fee per child is reduced $100. God has ordered me to help those who cannot afford the regular rate. The regular fee is $250 per child per week. 

Daily we read the Bible and a Christian themed self-help book, affirm ourselves and each other, have devotion and open dialogue, create arts & crafts, exercise, have free play, and spend 4 hours training in the beauty or drama discipline.

Campers showcase what they've learned in an end summer camp exhibition, open to family and friends.

Please note that this is a progressive program that builds off of what is learned in the preceding weeks. It is important that campers attend weekly. It is understandable that a week may be missed for summer travel and vacation plans.

The final week is an additional $125 to participate in field trips to The Atlanta Zoo, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Fernbank Museum of Natural History, and The National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Those who choose to not participate will follow the regular camp schedule.

Beauty Camp Teaches- Manicures, Parting, Twisting, Plaiting, Braiding, Braiding with Extensions (Box Braids, Kinky Twists, Knotless Braids, Boho Braids, Faux Locs). 

Drama Camp Teaches: Stage Presence, Voice Projection, Facial Acting, Improv, Script Reading, Stage Acting, Film Acting, Skit Production, Script Writing, Playwriting, and Stage Design.
